Fire at Dawn

As a summer lover, I am one who enjoys late nights, barbecues, camping, late parties, fireworks, and all of the extra works of the beach season. Most of these activities can happen where one calls home, only who wants to spend the beautiful nights of Summertime indoors? Not I. Decks, patios, and outdoor areas are all pretty popular areas to host late night get-together events as well as tasty BBQ's with the family. Like any other area in your home, you should want these areas to look and feel good if you are going to be hosting these sorts of affairs.

My favorite type of decor in an outdoor area is rustic, contemporary, and eclectic.  I enjoy neutral colors paired with a rustic treatments around the area, along with pops of brilliant color. One of the best types of contemporary and rustic accessories that I have found is fireplaces. With the chill of the night, the heat from a fireplace will make it warm.  The view would also be pretty darn perfect. Imagine the amount of compliments that you'd get for that single item in your backyard. Tons. You can also make a yummy meal of s'mores {mhm}. 

All of the above fireplaces are from the fantastic home decor store, Room & Board. Their furnishings are simply endearing.  The prices are quite expensive, but hey, if you got it, it's worth it.
